Dream Car

After making my Tesla Model S endless times I have finally decided exactly how I want my Tesla Model S to look and run.

First I picked the 85 kWh Battery. With the 265 miles range. 362 hp, accelerating 0-60 in 5.4 seconds (that .5 difference is clearly important). 125 Top Speed, and the main reason for picking the 85 kWh Battery is the 8 year, unlimited mile battery warranty. I don't need the extra hp that comes with the P85, nor do I need Carbon Fiver Spoiler along with the other features that come with it. As long as I have the unlimited warranty, and the top mile rang possible, I'm a happy camper.

Personally I think Black cars are always nicer looking than any other color especially at night with the LED lights highlighting its curves and features, yet for the first time I have decided on the complete opposite of Black. I chose the Pearl White Color. Living in Florida it gets pretty hot. So I thought the lighter color would help with the heat blast that almost knocks me over when I open my car door.

Along with my new found love white White, I chose the Tan Leather interior. Keeping with that lightness and hopefully helping to keep it from getting so hot on the inside. I will of course get some nicely tinted windows, but the tan also looks nice with the Pearl White color.

I decided against the panoramic roof because I know I wont use it, I picture having to clean the glass more than I like, and I don't like the idea of the sun beaming in on my head. Lastly the appeal is nicer to me.

The wheels I'm keeping with what is included, they look nice already so there is no need to switch them out.

Dual Chargers are a must. The faster it charges, the better. Saving time where I can is important. Paying a bit more for the Dual Chargers pays off in time when you don't have to wait as long for your car to charge. Plus with 58 miles per hour charge, I can charge it for an hour and basically be set all day considering everything is close by with the exception of the mall.

Wall Connector is another must. No charging stations near by so obviously I need the wall charger or I guess I will just buy a car to look at in my garage. Actually.. Still worth it. Yup, Still worth it. Why the connector is $1,200 and not included is a head scratcher but what can you do.

Next! Tech Package. Absolutely. Why buy a luxury car, and not add the luxury features? I don't want my Tesla working like my Corolla. Not that you could even compare the two.. OK ignore my statement and focus on how I need this Tech Package.

Here is what it comes with:

  • Onboard maps for when I don't feel like dealing with my tiny phone screen.
  • Daytime LED running lights because its sexy.
  • LED cornering Lights because why not.
  • Automatic keyless entry, because fancy.
  • Lighted door handles, for the high class on the town awesome affect.
  • Electrochromatic Mirrors, so you can just press a button instead of flipping that switch nobody realizes is there.
  • Power folding, heated side mirrors. Now this is awesome, nobody can carelessly smash into your mirror if its folded in. Also, you don't have to deal with foggy mirrors in the mornings.
  • Power Liftgate for when you "shop til you drop".
  • GPS enabled Homelink so you never get lost.
  • Memory seats, mirrors, and driver profile. I have no idea what that is, all I know is its probably useful and awesome.

Alright moving along, Parking Sensors. I would much rather pay for something I may only use once or twice than to have a scratched car from my own misjudgment.

Fog Lamps. I live in an area where we get fog, along with that fog comes deer. They seem to love busy roads when there is fog. I like my car not smashed so this is a must.

Ultra High Fidelity Sound. Something I have never had but always wanted. So when I play the live version of Rhiannon by FleetWood mac in my car, I can feel like I am there. Here is a link so you can see what good music is like. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MtPyk8_onO8

Premium Interior Lighting for added fanciness.

Lastly Paint Armor. I am not dealing with lovebugs splattered on my car ruining my paint.

Now all I need is $88,470 excuse me as I go cry now.

Build your Tesla Model S and let me know what you would do to it, or if you already have one, let me know how you like it.
